Goldcrest High’s  academic and co-curricular activities aim at nurturing creativity; fostering observation, inquiry and critical reflection; building confidence and self-esteem; shaping character and inculcating abiding values of tolerance and compassion and appreciating diversity and internationalism.

Education is more about recognizing the needs of humanity rather than keeping aside all to achieve self-centered individual laurels. Children must grow up with a sense of care and concern for society and the environment.

Our curriculum is aimed at developing the following capacities in our young people :-

It is our aim to ensure that the programs of study that we offer, effectively raise levels of attainment and enable each pupil to fulfill his/her potential.

It is our unique curriculum philosophy that guides our program development and student learning. Students direct their own learning through inquiry. In different ways, they are engaged in open-ended, relevant, student-centered activities that guide them to explore elements of different disciplines not merely as individual subjects like English, Hindi, Marathi, Math, etc , but by approaching the same holistically. Integration and inter-relatedness of disciplines is one of the key features of the GOLDCREST HIGH curriculum.

The main curricular areas in the Pre-Primary and Primary School are Language, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Expressive Arts, Physical Education, Moral Education, Information and Communication Technology (I.C.T.)

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The co-curricular program is designed to enhance the child’s overall personality and thus prepare her/him not only to excel in her/his area of interest and skill but also adapt quickly to changing times and meet these challenges with élan.

These activities further nurture and  widen the  child’s imagination -  be it in the field of music, dance, fine arts, sports, gardening, reading, or writing or any other.

Clubs and societies channelize the latent potential in students into constructive area of creativity, research, discovery, and community service.
